**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com . **In this role, you will:** + Collaborate with Treasury Management Consulting colleagues, relationship managers, and other internal stakeholders in a consultative sales role-initially supporting team efforts to retain and grow existing client relationships, with the expectation of progressing to independently managing a sales portfolio and achieving individual sales goals within 12-24 months, based on experience and adaptation to the portfolio of Mid Corp sized clients (>$500MM in annual sales) + Review and analyze basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables within Treasury Management Consulting functional area + Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience with Treasury Management products and services + Skilled in building strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication + Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives + Ability to develop strong partnerships + Excellent communication skills + Strong presentation skills **Job Expectations:** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule + This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship + Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
