The Global Safety & Security Center of Excellence Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Coordinator utilizes an aptitude in data analytics, security technology, program management, and/or operations to successfully complete assigned tasks and achieve expected outcomes. **Responsibilities** + Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. + Contribute to the process improvement initiatives and special projects. + Support the development of project plans, task planning, project scopes, goals, and deliverables. + Assist with data analysis, information gathering, reporting, and documentation. + Collaborate between cross-functional teams such as Security, Real Estate, IT, and external vendors. + Contribute to the development of safety and security-related presentations for a varied audience within the company. + All other duties, as assigned. **Qualifications** Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, project management, security, information technology, or a related field with a basic understanding in project management, business analytics, risk management, or technology implementation. + Attentive to detail and accuracy. + Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. + Computer skills; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and/or Confluence. **Working Conditions:** With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions; + Regular computer usage. + Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment. + Frequent sitting. + Travel, as required.
