Virtual Assistant, Property Management
100% Remote 
Salary Range: $1,500 to $2,000 per month Based on Experience

Position 100% Remote open for LATAM, The Philippines and South Africa

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with a strong background in property management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This role is crucial for supporting our property management team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient tenant and property operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant communications and inquiries.
• Process and track rent payments, ensuring accuracy and timely posting.
• Maintain and update rent rolls and property ledgers.
• Track and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Assist with the creation and implementation of workflow automations.
• Input and maintain detailed notes within the property management software.
• Generate and analyze reports on property performance and financial status.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to assist the property management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Demonstrable experience in property management, specifically within residential or commercial real estate.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Must-Haves:

• Direct experience with Rent Manager property management software.
• Hands-on experience with tenant management , including onboarding, communication, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with creating or managing automations for property management tasks.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate notes and records.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with other property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi).
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to property management.
• Experience in a remote or virtual work environment.
• Certification in property management or a related field.
