Come develop your career with an award-winning, customer focused automotive group. We're looking for a PARTS MANAGER to join our team at Friendship Chevy, GMC of Forest City! Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a balanced inventory
• Track and report expenses
• Accurately price parts and accessories
• Work with Service Department to fulfill purchase and repair orders
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures
• Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
• Enforce safety requirements
• Comply with the federal, state, and local regulations for department
• Demonstrate positive attitude consistent with Friendship culture

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment
• Detail oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Available to work flexible hours in fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
