YOUR VITAL ROLE IN OUR OPERATIONS:

As our Order Picker/Cherry Picker Operator, you'll be at the heart of our warehouse, ensuring seamless operations:

• Precision Picking: Accurately pick products using an RF Scanner, meticulously verifying items to ensure absolute order accuracy.
• Order Fulfillment: Expertly read customer orders, retrieving items swiftly and correctly from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Inventory Integrity: Diligently update our ERP system after each item is picked, maintaining real-time inventory accuracy.
• Safety & Organization Champion: Actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for yourself, your colleagues, and all stakeholders.
• Equipment Expertise: Safely and skillfully operate essential warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, forklifts (like Combilift, Order Picker, Skylift, Stock Chaser, and/or Turret Truck).

WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM (ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS):

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• A solid foundation of at least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proven experience operating a Cherry Picker and various forklifts (familiarity with Combilift, Order Picker, Skylift, Stock Chaser, and/or Turret Truck is a big plus!).
• A customer service-oriented mindset with strong, clear communication skills.
• Unwavering dependability, attendance, and reliability – your team will count on you!
• The ability to effectively multitask and maintain sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• A genuine motivation to learn, develop new skills, and grow within your role and the company.
• The physical stamina to stand and walk throughout your shift.
• Proficiency with computers for inventory and order management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Physical capability to perform all necessary warehouse tasks, including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Comfort working effectively in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment (we keep things moving!).
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
