The 36th Judicial District Juvenile Probation Department is currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and forward-thinking individuals for the role of Juvenile Probation Officer .As a Juvenile Probation Officer, you'll do more than manage caseloads—you’ll become a mentor, advocate, and change agent for at-risk youth across our five-county district. Your day-to-day will include conducting insightful interviews, applying motivational interviewing techniques, and crafting individualized plans to guide juveniles toward healthier, more productive paths.
Work Location
Juvenile Probation Officers may be assigned to serve in any of our district offices —ensuring placement where their skills and support are most needed. With offices located in Rockport, Aransas Pass, Sinton, Beeville, Mathis, and George West , our team is deeply rooted in the communities we serve, making meaningful impact throughout the five-county district.
