Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale AI applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building production-grade generative models using modern LLMs, agentic architectures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies. You will work cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to accelerate our AI transformation.
In this role, you'll pioneer advanced use cases involving natural language understanding, autonomous agents, and AI-powered decision systems, while maintaining compliance with privacy, ethical AI, and governance standards. This position demands both hands-on implementation skills and thought leadership to shape our generative AI roadmap.
Job Qualifications:
10+ years in software engineering, data science, or AI; 3+ years in Generative AI or LLM-based systems
Strong experience building, deploying, and fine-tuning models like GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral, etc.
Experience with RAG pipelines, embedding generation, vector search (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma)
Strong programming expertise in Python, and working knowledge of Transformers, LangChain, LLamaIndex.
Familiar with prompt engineering, agentic systems, and LangGraph or CrewAI for autonomous AI workflows
Experience integrating GenAI capabilities with enterprise tools, REST APIs, and cloud-native environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS)
Proven ability to deploy AI applications with governance, observability, and security in mind
Ability to lead GenAI-related projects and collaborate with stakeholders from data, product, security, and compliance teams
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with RLHF, LoRA, PEFT, quantization, and other model optimization techniques
Experience with AI security frameworks, model output audits, and safety guardrails
Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, or legal domains using GenAI is a strong plus
Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or published research in the field is a bonus
