With a strong presence in global luxury retail and spa locations, they offer a curated range of treatments and products designed to restore, protect, and visibly transform the skin.  

 
Their products are available internationally at top retailers such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Liberty, Harrods, SpaceNK, and Sephora. 

The role is a strategic, hands-on position within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As the business continues to scale, they’re looking for a commercially acute leader to drive sales and distribution strategy, ensuring profitable growth and robust retail partnerships. Reporting directly into the CEO/ Co-Founder.

Responsibilities

  • Set sales goals, identify new market opportunities, and build business cases to support growth. 
  • Own and manage the Retail P&L. 
  • Develop market strategies, track KPIs, and drive sell-in and sell-out performance. 
  • Build and maintain strong wholesale partner relationships to align with their goals. 
  • Directly manage key wholesale accounts. 
  • Ensure alignment with global brand strategy while driving profitable sales. 
  • Monitor market trends and use insights to improve performance. 
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business priorities. 
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams across functions. 
  • Share market feedback and competitor insights with key stakeholders. 
  • Oversee budgets, sales forecasts, and demand planning. 
  • Support store and industry events as needed. 

Experience Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior commercial roles within the US luxury or premium beauty industry. 
  • Strong grasp of sales and marketing strategies that drive brand and revenue growth. 
  • Experience in service-led or high-touch business models preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; PowerPoint proficiency required. 
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Skilled in team leadership, organization, and adapting to changing priorities. 
  • Confident negotiator with experience handling complex deals. 
  • Advanced Excel skills for building and managing detailed spreadsheets. 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally.
